Through our process of partnering with the client we make it our objective to understand the challenges of the position, objectives of the client, the client’s competitive environment, and also the skill sets required for successful alignment and integration of the selected candidate.  At Chase & Associates we employ the Evaluation Interview process as designed and developed by Dr. Robert Chiron, Ph.D. in Psychology and President of The Chiron Group, a consulting firm specializing in career planning and executive development.  This interview process allows us to meet personally whenever possible with each candidate, and assess such characteristics as motivation and honesty.  It enables us to provide the client with information well beyond what is contained in the resume.
